Common Outdoor Ground and the U.S. Forest Service are collaborating to re-open Nash Fork Campground in the Snowy Range, and we need your help! This campsite has been closed for 10+ years due to beetle kill, and we can't wait to see it back in action.
Volunteers will assemble picnic tables, clean up debris, clear overgrown campsites, paint, and install new signage.
Volunteers are invited to camp in the campground that night, and be the first new users! We know it's a bit of a drive for a weeknight, so feel free to show up a bit late if needed.
As always, COG will provide food.
Please register in advance so we can provide sufficient food and tools.
